TRAVELLER'S AUTOBARN PROMOTION
Ph.Art Gallery Pty Ltd – ‘Travellers Auto Barn’ Competition
Parties
• Ph.Art Gallery Pty Ltd (ABN 68 064 166 267) of 257a Oxford Street Paddington NSW 2021 (Promoter)
• Any paying or approved customer of Travellers Auto Barn who holds a legitimate hire receipt for a vehicle, van or otherwise.
Conditions of Entry
Instructions on how to enter form part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. In order to enter all participants have to have a legitimate hire receipt for a vehicle, van or otherwise, and have a photograph(s) taken whilst on that tour in order to qualify for entry.
Eligibility
The Competition is open to all Travellers Auto Barn campervan holders aged 14 and over, except employees of the Ph.Art Gallery or Travellers Auto Barn (or related bodies corporate), and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this Competition.
The competition is open to Travellers Auto Barn patrons who may be an amateur, novice, semi-professional and/or professional photographer (it is open to any person who has a passion for photography).
The photographs to be entered must be emailed to gallery@travellers-autobarn.com.au inclusive of the entrants name, age, contact details and country of residence so that they can be contacted if need be.
Dates of Competition
• The Competition commences 1 July 2009
• Monthly prize draws will be conducted with all entries to be received at gallery@travellers-autobarn.com.au. Photos will need to be received between 1st and the 30th/31st of each month and winners will be notified by the 5th of the following month as well as displayed on the gallery website.
Judgement
The Competition will be judged by members of the Travellers Auto Barn team. Judging will take place at the Travellers Auto barn offices and will occur in the first five days of every Month. This competition is one of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality and creative merit. The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this Competition is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
Number of Entries
Participants (Members) may only enter 5 photographs each for each eligible Travellers Auto ticket held.
Any entries, which at the sole discretion of the Promoter are deemed incomplete, illegible or incomprehensible will be invalid and will not be included in the judging. Participants/members will not be notified by Ph.Art Gallery’s image curator if their photos have been rejected from the competition. Only the winner will be formally notified.
Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants (including a participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Entry Method
To enter, participants must:
• Send an email to gallery@travellers-autobarn.com.au with their photo submission attached and with the following details included
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Email
• Country of residence
Prize Winners and Prizes
• The best entry as determined by the judges in the final judging will be deemed the prize winner. The judge’s decision will be final.
• There are regular monthly prizes with the following choice of prize to be awarded
• The Winner will receive 5 free campervan days with Travelers Auto Barn
• In case the winner has already left the country the person is eligible for a 5 day refund.
Contacting Winners
• The winner(s) will be contacted by email, using the contact details provided in their entry and membership profile. Details of winner(s) may be published openly through the Ph.Art Gallery’s online Ph.orum, Groups, member eNews and the website, on the Travelers Auto Barn website or promotional material from time to time at the discretion of the Gallery and Travelers Auto Barn. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. The winner has 12 months to claim his prize from the date of notification.
Terms & Conditions

Warranty
By entering the Competition, each participant warrants to the Promoter that the entry (including but not limited to the photograph provided) and any other work subsequently submitted is an original artistic work of the participant, has not been wholly or partially copied from any other design or artistic work, and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. The participant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. Talent release forms must be available on request for any photos containing persons.
Ownership of Entries
The copyright of all images remains that of the photographer at all times. The Ph.Art Gallery and Travellers Auto Barn reserve the rights to utilise competition image submissions for the use of promoting the Travellers Auto Barn promotion without additional consent from the Photographer. The use of images will be limited to promotional activities of Travellers Auto Barn only and images shall not be used for any other purpose without the consent of the Photographer.
Personal Information
The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Policy on the Ph.Art website at http://www.photoartgallery.com/PhArt/Privacy/tabid/265/Default.aspx. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at Level 2, 257a Oxford Street, Paddington NSW Australia 2021.

Permits
This competition and none of its categories represent games of chance and therefore no permit is required.
