Photo Art Gallery Commission Retention Policy
Under the terms of the General, Collectors and Public membership agreements that refer to the Ph.Art Gallery Pty Ltd (Photo Art Gallery) Amount Retention Policy, Photo Art Gallery reserves the right to retain all earnings accrued by any member unless they exceed a specified amount AND a redemption request is lodged. The current specified amount is $50 but this amount may be amended from time to time by due notification to all members on the website.
All earnings derived by members by way of image sales, commissions, promotions or other methods as may occur from time to time, will be held on the members account as Photo Art GalleryCredits (1 Credit = A$1) until such time as they are redeemed or paid out. Photo Art Gallery Credits can be used toward purchases of goods, services and other offerings provided by Photo Art Gallery on their website or via their shop/printing offers. Such credits will not be redeemable on other sites with links to www.photoartgallery.com and are moreover exclusively for the use and redemption of products and services offered by Photo Art Gallery to its members. Credits earned by way of promotions and member incentives are not redeemable for cash at any time.
In the event that a members commission credits (excluding promotional credits) sitting on their account exceed the specified amount of $50 AND the member requests payment of the amount, the amount will be paid to them in cash to their nominated bank account. Upon the receipt of requests Photo Art Gallery will arrange the payment of any commissions within 14 days following the day of the request for the payment of funds.
If Photo Art Gallery does not receive requests for the payment of credits sitting on a members account that are in excess of the Retention Policy limit ($50) the credits will remain on the members account for a period of 12 months from the date of accrual. In the event that members have credits sitting on their account Photo Art Gallery reserves the right to void the credits should they remain dormant on the account for a period of greater than 12 months from the date of accrual.
