There’s a number of ways to interact in the PhotoArtGallery.com Community.

Two of which are sharing and rating.

You can upload and share your images to your hearts content, and you can comment on or rate the images others have uploaded. It’s easy.

Comments

There’s two ways to register comments.

From a Preview Popup

If you’re viewing a preview popup of an image, just:

1. Rollover the thumbnail
2. Click the comments link on the popup which appears under the larger preview image.
3. A comments popup will open up.
4. If you are logged in, you’ll see a comment text box appear.
5. Type your comments in and, press the button to submit.

From the Details View

You might have clicked on the thumbnail to bring up the larger more detailed image when suddenly the urge grabs you to leave a comment. Fear not, it’s all good. Just:

1. Click on the Comments button in top menu.
2. The comments popup appears.
3. Type in your words of wisdom and press submit.

Rating

If you’re feeling more numerically inclined than word driven you can always rate an image. If you are logged in you can rate in one of two ways.

From a preview popup

1. Rollover the thumbnail.
2. Click the PhotoArtGallery.com logo in the top right of the popup.
3. From the logo a small box appears asking you to record your rating.
4. Rollover the coloured bars 1-5 to select your rating.
5. Click to submit your rating.
6. The rating races off into cyberspace.

From the Details View

Or if you have clicked on the thumbnail to reveal the larger more detailed view, and are suddenly overwhelmed with ‘rating desire’ do this:

1. Click the PhotoArtGallery.com logo in the top right of the details.
2. The logo expands to an interface in which you enter your rating.
3. Rollover the coloured bars 1-5 to select your rating.
4. Click to submit your rating.
5. The rating races off into cyberspace (go rating go).
6. The larger logo closes and the little one re-calculates and updates accordingly.

Send to friend

You can also send a Photographic Art Image to a friend. Just log on in and:

1. Click an image’s thumbnail to bring up the details view.
2. Click “Send to friend” on the pop up menu bar.
3. Fill in details of said friend.
4. Press button.
5. Email gets sent.
6. Feel free to cheer as the little fella begins his journey in cyberspace.

To check any comments you may have received on your images, drop into your MyStudio.

You’ll see who’s been sharing and caring in the bottom right hand corner.
