| Studio Shoot day In Sydney for Members and Guests |

It is Official The Studio shoot day in Sydney is going ahead. There has been plenty of interest in a previous thread and now we are making it official, and want to see lots more interest.
Saturday 12th of June we will be meeting at Sun Studios Australia 42 Maddox Street Alexandria at 9:30am for a 10:00am start.
Under the guidance of some of the seasoned professionals here at Photo Art Gallery we will be using a range of professional lighting equipment in various lighting set ups to give a good all round introduction into Studio Photography.
Cost to members is $50 *HOWEVER* if you can get some friends to come along who are not members your price of admission will be $30!. Cost for non members will remain at $50
We thank members for their suggestions but We will NOT be using models or makeup artists as this will be just a fun relaxed day and we will simply use each other! :)
The day will finish officially at Sun Studios at 4:00pm but we will be hoping you can join us at the closest pub we can find for a few drinks and catch up.
Please list your ACTUAL (not just your Alias) names and names of any guests you will be bringing here if you defiantly want to come.

Hard choice, a long way to go and using paul or glen as models, well thats the negatives. Getting Em to pose and coppo buying all the drinks afterwards now thats the plus. I'll have to think a bit longer.

| Very jealous of the Sydney resident members who get to participate in this great event. Perhaps if it's the huge success it deserves to be, the organisers could explore using their pro industry connections and doing something similar in the other locations where there is a critical mass of membership? Would have to do a straw poll to work out if it's viable in each place of course. |

| Maybe us Melbourne members should do a meet up for a photowalk or something around the same day as Sydney's. We may not have a studio to work in but we could still have a fun day out. |

FYI Sun Studios Sydney has a sisiter Studio in Melbourne, so if all goes well and there is enough interest that could be a possibility for the future :)
