It’s a bout time I got my hiney into gear and gave you a run down on the busy happenings in head quarters today!
But first, a Rockafella update (if you ask these guys here, it’s really hard to get me to zip it!!)…
Well, I’ve finally arrived back in the office after a wonderful (and rather lengthy!) trip to Thredbo. We were blessed with a 20cm dump of snow mid week, which was much needed!! It’s always difficult to pick a good week of snow when you have to book back in February – we were lucky though! Our trip to Thredbo is always technology free, with the exceptions of phones (otherwise I would die). So, what did we do in the evenings? Obviously, drank lots schnapps, played heaps of card games and made a scene in the pub with our signature snow game ‘Jenga’! My dog is even named Jenga after I picked her up on the way home from the snow last year.
My arrival back home was interesting. I must have been delirious from the 6hour drive and thought it would be a nice idea to let my 3 rat bag horses out for a graze around the house and shed. Their ‘quiet’ graze then turned into a stampede around the house! Our perfectly groomed green lawns now have deep hoof prints carved into them everywhere. They also managed to gallop over a water pipe, we had water spurting into the air and 15mins later… half the lawn flooded! Needless to say, they haven’t been let out of their paddock since.
NOW… back to headquarters!
It’s all hands on deck with our new “Magic Hour” comp! We are all very busy trying to tell the whole world about it. Whatever we’re doing seems to be working though as we are being overwhelmed with so many awesome entries. To check out all the entries click HERE
Next week I will be putting together the next batch of Foundation Member packs. These packs include a really funky personalized membership card. Please remember that to be classed as a ‘Foundation Member’ you need to have uploaded 10 or more images. So you may want to get uploading in the next week to get your pack, otherwise you may have to wait another month or two!
