The latest images captured in space by Nikon's D3S digital SLR cameras have been released on their website. The amazing collection was taken by NASA's astronauts while they where aboard the International Space Station.

Nikon and NASA have been working together for years to capture these rare images and to date have more than 700,000 images in their archives.

The first Nikon to go into orbit was in 1971 when a modified Nikon F camera was taken on the Apollo 15 mission and the journey has continued from there. To see the rest of the images released, visit the My Nikon Life Photo Gallery.
