"Mind Games explores the psychology of play and the construction of identity" - ACP
Currently at the Australian Centre of Photography is a collaborative exhibition of diverse photographic artists, Eric Bridgeman, The Jackson Twins, Suk Kuhn Oh & Toshie Takeuchi.
Probably the most diverse I have seen at the ACP for a while. And if you ask me, Eric Bridgeman's Boi Boi The Labourer 2008-2009(pictured), aesthetically resembles the likes of the wonderful Matthew Barneys Cremaster Cycle (which by the way is showing at the Chauvel cinema in Sydney now!)
This group exhibition celebrates the eccentric and not so typical lifestyles. Be prepared to see children dressed as bunnies (which I think is perhaps one of the cutest things ever), dopplegangers, sibling rivalry and working class men with big red smudged pouty lips - Ooh la la!! ;)
