Happy Australia Day
Less then 24 hours left until my personal favourite day of the year, Australia Day!!, A day where almost everybody opens up and just wants to be mates with you, for no other reason then that you both share a piece of this great country together. Its a superb day to get your camera and hit the streets, With a multitude of flags bandannas and crazy costumes sure to be the order of the day. Along with the sheer mass of people who will flood the city, the Quay and your local suburb your bound to get some cracking shots that you will not be able to get any other day of the year.

Australia Day Photography Exhibition.
If your in and around the city tomorrow like so many Sydney Siders will be don’t forget to check out Hyde Park. Remember Pete Longworth? He was a major judge for our "Pride of Place" Photography competition not long ago. Well he has been asked by the NSW premier's office to be the featured artist in Hyde Park for Australia Day. His collection of photographs entitled "Life on top of Hyde Park" will be displayed within the very park they were shot, including an 8 meter installation of his Iconic Sydney Panorama. As well as a live performance piece.
This is something not to be missed for any Photography fan in the city this Australia Day! Click here for more details
