Activities
I love to travel and photograph where I have been. Have been through the British Isles, North America, Pacific Islands and parts of Asia. One of my favourite trips was kayaking with friends around the fijian islands - although around that much water i left the camera at home. No matter how far I roam I keep coming back to Little Old (well young really) New Zealand and Australia. This is a beautiful corner of the world with wonderful scenery, history, wildlife and all them birds, Yet I feel like I've still only scratched the surface. Still - you don't have to travel too far, a lot of my photos are taken in my "extended" backyard - roughly 2 hour drive from home radius - the key is to keep your eyes open for possibilities and snap away. Besides photography I'm also a keen tennis playing and even do a bit of Latin American Dancing. When I have time (not very often) I also like to cross country ski (albeit without the camera due to inability to stand upright)
Interests
Photography obviously. Started when I was 8 and my father built a dark room around home - that was nearly 40 years ago. I also love my music - just ask anyone that has done a road trip me - before you ask - Rock!!! My love of outdoors started in my mid 20s when I did the Outward Bound Course.
